Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for shipping carrier delays, customs delays, lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, or duties and import taxes assessed by your jurisdiction.

All content on this site — including the UNSEEN name, marks, logos, imagery, copy, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Karna Arc Ventures LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, transmitting malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, fit, and details accurately, but we do not warrant that any product description, image, or color rendering on your device is complete, error-free, or current. Pieces are intimate apparel and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
