Returns & Refunds

No Physical Returns
Because our pieces ship directly from specialized workshops within a distributed fulfillment network, we do not accept physical returns and do not publish a return address. Do not ship any item back to us; unauthorized returns will not be processed, inspected, refunded, or credited, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, email contact@karnaarcventures.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Where a claim is approved, resolution (refund, store credit, or replacement) is offered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Nothing on this page is an automatic or guaranteed refund or store credit. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be honored.
Change of Mind, Sizing, and Fit
Orders are otherwise considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, store credit, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or fit. Please consult the size guide before ordering.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Karna Arc Ventures LLC is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing, theft from the delivery location, or carrier delays. We may, on a goodwill basis and at our discretion, assist with filing a carrier claim.
Refund and Store Credit Decisions
Any refund or store credit is reviewed and granted strictly at our sole discretion. Approval of one accommodation does not entitle you to future accommodations, and we reserve the right to decline any claim. Where an approved refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval; depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Promotional Orders
Items purchased with a discount code, during a sale, or as part of a promotion are non-refundable and non-creditable except where required by law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our customer service team may delay resolution and may result in suspension of your ability to order from us in the future.
